JONATHAN REINDOLLAR
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
With over a decade of real estate investment experience, Jonathan is responsible for Cloudland’s investments, operations, and business strategy. Along with Matthew Karle and James Gleason, Jonathan pioneered the Cloudland investment model, raised $43m of equity for Cloudland’s inaugural fund, executed on five unique real estate investment platforms, and helped scale three real estate operating companies (Blue Hour Housing, Meadow Homes, and Humboldt Property Management). Prior to Cloudland, Jonathan was Vice President at Highgate, a leading hospitality investment and management company, where he executed over $2 billion in transactional volume. Jonathan began his career as an analyst with Rockwood Capital, where he invested across all major real estate asset classes. Jonathan graduated with honors from Harvard College, earning a B.A. in East Asian Studies and minoring in Economics. He was awarded the Williams Lodge Fellowship for his senior thesis in Shenzhen China, documenting ordinary Chinese retail investors’ active day-trading participation in the stock market in 2013.

ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING
Daisy is responsible for Cloudland’s finance and accounting. As founder of Blue Crest Partners, LLC, Daisy specializes in CFO services primarily serving private equity, hedge funds, start-ups, and consulting businesses. Prior to Blue Crest Partners, Daisy worked in-house for a wide array of businesses at various stages of growth, including Lady M Confections, Lord Abbett, Jennison Associates, Lehman Brothers and Tudor Investments. Daisy graduated cum laude from NYU with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and earned her M.B.A. at MIT Sloan School of Management.

MATTHEW KARLE
CO-FOUNDER & COO
With a focus on operations, fund management, and platform growth, Matthew oversees Cloudland’s operational infrastructure and Cloudland Partners Fund I. He played a key role in developing the Cloudland investment model, raising capital for its inaugural fund, and leading execution across the firm’s real estate investment and operating platforms. Matthew has been focused on the expansion of Blue Hour Housing—from initial concept and strategic structuring to team building, daily operations, capital raising, acquisitions, partnerships, and transaction execution. Prior to Cloudland, Matthew was Vice President at KSL Capital Partners, where he executed over $2 billion in investment volume across travel, leisure, and hospitality. Matthew began his career as an investment banker at Moelis & Company, focusing on hospitality. Matthew graduated with honors from Harvard College, earning a B.A. in Economics and minoring in History of Art & Architecture.

MARCO SILICARO
HEAD OF ANALYTICS
As Head of Analytics, Marco is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting at Cloudland. With a strong business intelligence background, Marco helps synthesize Cloudland platforms’ data into digestible dashboards, ultimately informing strategic direction. Prior to Cloudland, Marco was a Financial Planning Analyst and Junior Financial Controller at Farmagreen Group, where he built and coordinated complex forecasting models and variance analysis across a portfolio of pharmaceutical retail operations. Marco graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de La Plata and holds a Masters in Finance and Accounting from Lund University, with a focus on corporate finance and financial modeling.

JAMES GLEASON
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS, FOUNDING TEAM
James is part of Cloudland's founding team and is responsible for overseeing Cloudland’s strategic partnerships, leading Cloudland’s acquisitions and asset management efforts across all strategies, and spearheading the team’s deal execution from underwriting through diligence, legal negotiations, transactional closings, and asset management. He is directly responsible for the growth and strong financial performance of Cloudland’s retail and industrial investment strategies, Meadow Homes, and the Inn on Ferry Street. James was previously an associate in Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies group, where he was involved in the origination, structuring and acquisition of various real estate debt products across all major asset classes, having executed over $4 billion in investment volume. James graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, earning a B.S.B.A. in Finance and minoring in Economics.
